I roasted a chicken and some brussel sprouts. I forgot to take the lemon half out of the chicken carcass when I used it to make broth, and had undrinkable lemon broth. Yuck. Going to try to not do that again….
I used a can of Trader Joe’s crab and mixed it with mayo, mustard, a bunch of veggies and spices.
First attempt was delicious. Ate with roasted baby carrots and broccoli. Drank a bottle of Cakebread Chardonnay.
Found randomly online. I think it had orange too. Was delicious. Made for Lindsay’s Thanksgiving Potluck.
