Tilapia Tacos with Tomato, Corn, Lime, Cilantro, Cabbage Slaw, and Black Beans – 1/10/2013

These are fresh and delicious. Don’t overcook the fish. Make slaw by tossing cut up cabbage with lime, olive oil, salt, pepper, and scallions or cilantro. The longer it sits, the better it tastes. Add whatever fresh ingredients you like.
