Fried Rice with Egg and London Broil – 1/11/2013

I took a bag of Trader Joe’s Japanese Style Fried Rice and added some pan fried London Broil and an egg. Good quick meal although I don’t think London Broil is really meant to be pan fried and eaten like this. Was a little liver-y.
